* Singer-Songwriter--Texas troubadour Robert Earl Keen will perform tonight for an installment of the “Sings Like Hell” series at Santa Barbara’s Lobero Theatre. Also on the bill, special guest Lea Krueger. All tickets sold for the previously scheduled Rodney Crowell and Kelly Willis show will be honored at tonight’s concert. * Art Displays--The Coast Village Artwalk in Montecito will be held Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. Staged along Coast Village Road, the event will feature more than 40 art galleries, restaurants, shops and other businesses displaying original work by local and recognized artists. There will also be complimentary refreshments, a silent auction and live entertainment. $12. Proceeds benefit Direct Relief and Coast Village Business Assn. 565-3666.

* Voices--Sir David Willcocks, former director of music at King’s College in Cambridge, England, will conduct two concerts this weekend in Santa Barbara. A choral evensong will be performed Saturday, 4 p.m., at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1500 State St. A formal concert will be performed Sunday, 7 p.m., at St. Anthony’s Seminary, 2300 Garden St. Both events will feature the work of Handel and Bach performed by Los Angeles-based Cantori Domino, with Bunny Thornburgh and the Willcocks Workshop Choir. * East Meets West--Japanese shakuhachi (bamboo flute) player Bruce Huebner will give a benefit concert Saturday at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, 1212 Mission Canyon Road. Huebner will be joined by Kazuhiro Iseki and Etsuko Takezawa, performing on koto (harp), sangen (strings) and vocals. Proceeds will benefit reconstruction of the authentic teahouse at the garden.
