* Ford Motor Co. boosted its efforts to create an online-savvy work force by expanding its offer of personal computers and Internet access for a cut-rate price of $19.95 a month to as many as 286,000 employees at its U.S. Ford division and Lincoln Mercury dealers. The program is administered by San Francisco-based PeoplePC Inc.
