The 13 reciprocal areas that allow direct shipments of wine are: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.

The seven states in which direct shipments can draw felony charges are: Indiana, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Maryland.

Direct shipments are prohibited but carry no felony charges in: Hawaii, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, South Dakota, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, New Jersey, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Delaware and Connecticut.

Some regulated shipping is allowed in: Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Nevada, New Hampshire, Alaska, Rhode Island.
