Decisions, decisions

As the holidays approach, consider what these shopping habits suggest about our priorities:

Men spend more time looking for a gift for their bosses (three hours) than their wives (45 minutes), while women spend more time selecting presents for their mothers (two hours, 15 minutes) and their pets (90 minutes), than their husbands (one hour, 15 minutes).

The average lawyer spends 2 1/2 hours finding a gift for a client but only 15 minutes shopping for a child, according to a survey of 714 shoppers by FindWhat.com.

And apparently money doesn’t make gift selection any easier. People who earned more than $50,000 a year were three times more likely to report having a hard time finding a gift for the boss than people who earned less.
