NEW YORK —
The city’s top cop slipped his administrative reins and made a collar himself, breaking up a fight between a woman with a box cutter and a man with a switchblade.
“It was like old times,” said NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik, 44, who made the arrest along with two officers of his security detail Wednesday.
Teena Sinclaire, 20, was arrested and charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. Wakene Littlejohn, 22, was arrested for carrying a switchblade.
