Wyo. Disaster Areas Named

WASHINGTON — President Clinton declared a major disaster in parts of Wyoming struck by severe winter storms from Oct. 31 to Nov. 20, paving the way for federal aid to the affected region. The declaration applies to the counties of Crook, Goshen, Platte and Weston.
