Private Sale of CaminoSoft Stock Raises $1.5 Million

CaminoSoft Corp. in Westlake Village said it has received $1.5 million in a private placement of 500,000 shares of restricted common stock at $3 per share.

The investment was made by Renaissance US Growth & Income Fund, an investment fund based in the United Kingdom and traded on the London Stock Exchange.

The money will be used for general corporate purposes and will help CaminoSoft introduce its new T-Rex Data Management Appliances and complementary Operating Software Solutions.

The securities offered will not be sold in the United States.

CaminoSoft sells hardware andsoftware designed to store and manage vast quantities of data. The T-Rex line can be used for digital storage of information in commercial, social and governmental organizations.
