Joe Boxer Exec New Head of L.A. Gear

L.A. Gear, the Los Angeles-based footwear and apparel retailer, has named Diane Reichenberger president. She succeeds David Gatto, who resigned as chief executive but remains on the board. Reichenberger most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of the women’s division at Joe Boxer Corp. in San Francisco.

* Dole Food Co. has promoted Peter Nolan to the new position of president of Dole North America Operations. Nolan, formerly president of Dole Packaged Foods, will continue to oversee that division in addition to Dole Fresh Vegetables, Dole Citrus, Dole Deciduous, Dole Apples and Dole Fresh Flowers.

In addition, the Westlake Village-based company said that Lawrence Kern will rejoin the Dole Fresh Vegetables division as president. In December, he left Dole to work at Apio Inc., a produce marketer and packer. Michael Cavallero, vice president of sales and marketing for the Dole Fresh Fruit division, North America, is assuming management responsibilities for Dole Hawaii, Cool Care and Dole Fresh Fruit’s North American Port Operations.

* Raquel Inc., a Beverly Hills-based cosmetics firm that markets to the Latino community, has named Edward A. Rose Jr. chief financial officer, vice president and general counsel.

* Kennedy-Wilson Inc., a Beverly Hills-based real estate services firm, has named James Rosten senior managing director of national corporate marketing. He will be responsible for new business development for Kennedy-Wilson Properties, a division that manages and leases more than 75 million square feet of property.

* TelePacific Communications, a Los Angeles-based business-to-business telecommunications and Internet service provider, has named Jane Delahanty assistant vice president of regulatory affairs and named Anjana Larsen director of product development. Delahanty formerly served in a similar post at GST Telecom Inc. Larsen previously worked at AT&T; Wireless Services.

* Steve Lange, formerly an executive producer of the TV tabloid show “Extra,” has been named general manager of Weller/Grossman Productions.
