The Community Services Commission tonight will review development and park plans for homes to be built next to Harvard Community Athletic Park. The developer plans to build a gated community with 190 condominiums on 20 acres between Harvard Park and the Como Channel, just west of Harvard Avenue. The residential area of College Park lies east of the site. A centrally located private park is proposed for the new community on one-third of an acre near its Harvard Avenue entrance. Park Lane Home residents would have access to a recreational pool, wading pool, spa and shaded areas with barbecues. The Community Services Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 1 Civic Center Plaza.
