* Pro Air Inc. signed a 10-year agreement with the United Auto Workers that will give the union’s members 50% discounts on air fares in exchange for a UAW investment in the start-up airline. The Seattle-based low-fare carrier said UAW participated in a $36-million private equity offering. Officials at the closely held company and union couldn’t be reached for further comment.
