GOVERNMENT CONTRACT AWARDS
* National Technical Systems Inc. of Calabasas won a $5-million contract from the Air Force through Scientech Inc. of Ogden, Utah, for design and support for all of the Air Force Material Command weapon systems.
* Westfield Hydraulics Inc. of Pacoima won a $155,652 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for guided missiles.
