RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA

“Once Upon a Millennium” is the theme of the Orange County Library’s children’s bookmark design contest, which continues through February. It is open to children in kindergarten through ninth grades. Winners will be selected in four age categories at each branch library.

The winning entries will be reproduced and distributed during National Library Week, which begins April 9. Entry forms are available at Rancho Santa Margarita Library, 30902 La Promesa Drive. Information: (949) 459-6094.
