Health claims and food labels will be discussed at a free “Nutrition in the New Millennium” class March 7. The discussion will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, 24451 Health Center Drive, Laguna Hills. A second class on food allergies and sensitivities will be March 21.
