KeyPrestige Bought by Atlanta Company

KeyPrestige Inc. in Cypress, which makes Windows-based software to facilitate warranty repair work and claims, was acquired by an Atlanta company for an undisclosed price.

The UniLink Group acquired the company to expand its business-to-business e-commerce information exchange system to contractors across its eight markets, including electrical, appliance, plumbing, electronic components and consumer electronics.
