Neary Recital to Benefit Paulist Boy Choristers

British organist Martin Neary will give a recital to benefit the Paulist Boy Choristers of California, Jan. 23 at 3:30 p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, 3903 Wilshire Blvd.
Formerly organist and choirmaster at Westminster Abbey in London, Neary this season is working with the Paulist Boy Choristers while its leader, Dana Marsh, is spending his sabbatical year in Oxford, England.
Neary’s recital will encompass music by Bach, Mendelssohn, Liszt and Widor.
The Boy Choristers will sing works by Mozart and Franck.
