“I had a wonderful Siduri Pinot Noir ‘Hirsch Vineyards.’ It was a ‘98; I’m not even sure it’s available yet. It was a really wonderful wine, because it had lots of concentration, a lot of flavors, but still made you realize it was not from a real warm climate because it was real bright in flavors. It was a wonderful, wonderful wine.”
