The Irvine provider of managed care services reported that net income for the third fiscal quarter rose 15% to $3 million, or 37 cents a share, from $2.6 million, or 32 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose 10% to $46.3 million.
