Dr. Phillip Oncley will present a stress control lecture at 7 p.m. Wednesday at La Palma Intercommunity Hospital.

During the 45-minute lecture, which is free and open to the public, Oncley will discuss the physical and emotional effects of stress and teach stress-reducing techniques.
