Venture Firm Reduces Its Stake in Dense-Pac

A Belgian venture capital firm lowered its stake in Garden Grove computer component maker Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. to 22.9%, according to a document filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Affiliates of Euroventures Benelux reduced their stake from 24.3% by selling 200,000 shares between Dec. 30 and Jan. 14. Prices ranged from $8.03 a share to $9.03 a share, according to the SEC document. Euroventures now owns 4.4 million shares.

Dense-Pac shares fell 25 cents to $7.81 a share. The price has more than tripled in the past six months.
