* Theglobe.com Inc., operator of a Web site at which users can set up free home pages, said it will begin a search for a new chief executive after its co-CEOs said they plan to resign to focus on product development. Stephan Paternot and Todd Krizelman, who co-founded the company, said they plan to stay on as directors. The New York-based company said it will name the new CEO in its second quarter, and some analysts said the appointment could be a catalyst for its stock price. The shares, which rose sevenfold in their first day of trading in November 1998, have fallen 73% in the last year amid concern over increasing competition. Theglobe.com shares fell $1.06 to close at $7.94 on Nasdaq.
