Small Internet Lenders Offer Good Service
Lew Sichelman would like the readers to believe that unless you go with an Internet lender whose name you recognize, you won’t get good service or a good deal (“Online Loans May Be Boon for the Savvy,” Jan. 9).
He also believes that only an A+ type of borrower can benefit from the Internet and that clients with credit challenges or special circumstances should avoid Internet lenders. Nothing could be further from the truth.
A small Internet-based lender can provide excellent pricing and service, and at least 30% of our online business comes from borrowers who have less than perfect credit.
