VILLA PARK
The City Council approved the Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program for fiscal year 2000-01 through fiscal year 2006-07. Eight capital improvement projects will be implemented.
They include reconstructing the intersection at Cerro Villa Drive and Loma Street, reconstructing the southerly half of Loma Street between Mesa Drive and Cannon Street, extending the storm drain at Serrano Avenue and Dodson Way, installing landscaped medians on Taft Avenue between Lemon Street and Larson Circle, applying a highway maintenance program at Wanda Road and Collins Avenue, extending a storm drain at Loma Street and Aubrey Circle, widening and reconstructing Valley Drive from Cerro Villa Drive to Lemon Street, and reconstructing and installing medians on Lemon Street from Villa Park Road to Valley Drive.
