America Online Latin America Inc. set its initial public offering at 25 million shares in a projected range of $15 to $17 per share. The unit of America Online expects to net about $374 million from the IPO, it said in an amended prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It’s not clear how soon the deal might happen. . . . The New York Stock Exchange named six stocks to take part in a decimal pricing test program later this summer. They are Anadarko Petroleum (APC); Forest City Enterprises (FCE/A and FCE/B); FedEx (FDX); Gateway (GTW); Hughes Supply (HUG); and MSC Software (MNS).
