Seminar Focuses on Small Business

Issues affecting small-business owners, such as tax law, intellectual property rights and asset protection, will be among the topics discussed at a seminar Tuesday sponsored by the Small Business Development Center. Other topics to be raised at the four-hour event include bankruptcy and the formation of legal business entities.
