Remote Imaging Systems to Sell Its Genetic Business

International Remote Imaging Systems, Chatsworth, said it has agreed to sell the domestic assets of its genetic imaging business, Perceptive Scientific Instruments LLC, to Applied Imaging Corp., for common shares of Applied Imaging stock, the assumption of certain liabilities and potential cash based on future performance of PSI.
