Shamrock Holdings of California Inc., Burbank, with Wellington Partners, Germany, have invested $11 million in OpenMobile Corp., Scandinavia.
The company is building a global platform for mobile telecommunications.
Shamrock is the investment company of the Roy E. Disney family.
