PRAYERFUL WEEKEND RETREAT: A “Heart Speaks to Heart: Women Meeting at the Well” weekend retreat will be held from 7 p.m. Friday to 1 p.m. July 23 at the Holy Spirit Retreat Center, 4316 Lanai Road, Encino.
