Stambaugh New CFO at Shea Properties
Steve Stambaugh has been selected as chief financial officer and senior vice president of Shea Properties in Aliso Viejo. Before joining the company, he was a vice president and manager for Bank of America’s Los Angeles Real Estate Lending Group. Stambaugh has also been vice president with Wells Fargo Realty Advisors in Marina del Rey and a CPA with Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia.
* Jeff Erle has been named president and chief executive of Irvine-based Western Digital Corp.’s SageTree Inc. subsidiary. Erle has more than 19 years of high technology experience and has held several executive management positions, including division president for Litton Enterprise Solutions in Woodland Hills.
* Daniel Westman has been appointed residential division manager for Andrew L. Youngquist Construction in Costa Mesa. He has more than 20 years of construction industry experience. In addition, Brandon D. Jones has joined the company as residential project manager. He had been project manager for Windjammer Construction Co. in Los Angeles.
* Ronald J. Fikert has been named chief financial officer of FieldCentrix in Irvine. He was formerly vice president of finance at Kofax Image Products. Before that. Fikert owned a management consulting firm, served as general manager and controller of General Monitors and was vice president of finance for Modular Command Systems.
* Troy S. Simmons has been appointed vice president of marketing for GoShip.com in Laguna Niguel. He was formerly director of marketing for Gyyr Inc. Simmons was also director of sales and marketing at Knox Co. in Irvine.
* Bruce Allen has been named a senior practice development manager for the Pacific Southwest Technology & Communications practice of Deloitte & Touche. He will have offices in both Costa Mesa and Los Angeles. Before joining the company, Allen directed marketing for the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
* Jeffrey R. Hultman has been elected to the board of directors of Comarco Inc. in Irvine. He succeeds Paul Yovovich, who did not stand for reelection. Hultman has been chief executive of VirtualLan Inc. since April. He has also been chief executive of Dial Page Inc. and chief executive of PacTel Cellular, which became AirTouch Communications.
* Robert B. Albertson has been named chief strategist for National InterBank in Irvine. Albertson previously served as head of U.S. bank research at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He was also global coordinator for financial services research worldwide for two years.
* Stella Escario-Doiron is the new director of business development and facilities planning at PC Associates Inc. in Tustin. She was most recently director, facilities planning and construction for the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. Before that, Escario-Doiron was facilities planner for the Santa Ana Unified School District.
* Patricia Gilhooly has joined Wyle Electronics in Irvine in the new position of director of training and development. Previously, Gilhooly was manager of training design at Disneyland. She also had been a senior instructional designer for sales and customer service training programs at TRW Information Systems.
