The Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce needs volunteers for a country festival. Participants will work four-hour shifts at the July 23 event, which will be held from noon to 8 p.m. at Warner Park, 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd. 347-4737.

The Organization for the Needs of the Elderly needs volunteers to deliver meals to senior citizens for about three hours one weekday morning. Students are also needed to teach basic Internet skills to seniors for about an hour after school. The Valley Storefront Multiservice Center for Seniors of the Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles, a nonprofit, nonsectarian agency serving senior citizens, is seeking case aide volunteers to work one-on-one with seniors.
