America Online Inc. said it agreed to offer some of its content and services through AT&T; Wireless Services, which operates a digital network with about 12.5 million subscribers. The pact, whose terms were not disclosed, is the latest in a series of wireless-related deals for AOL. The deal builds on its “AOL Anywhere” strategy, which aims to allow its members to use mobile devices to access AOL e-mail, instant messaging and content. Starting this fall, AT&T; Wireless’ Digital PocketNet wireless users will have access to AOL’s most popular services and features, such as e-mail, news and local guide Digital City, for a fee. Dulles, Va.-based AOL closed up 94 cents at $63 on the NYSE.
