* Whittaker Corp., North Hollywood, won a $205,800 contract from the Air Force at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., for valves. Whittaker also won a $112,646 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine accessories.

* HR Textron Inc., Pacoima, won a $143,992 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine accessories.
