Hycor Biomedical Inc., a Garden Grove maker of medical diagnostic products, posted second quarter net income of $223,000, or 3 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $97,000, or 1 cent a share, for the same period last year. Sales decreased 7% to $4.3 million.
