OBON FESTIVAL: The Rev. Doei Fujii and the San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple will hold their 49th annual Obon Festival from 4 to 10 p.m. today and 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center, 12953 Branford St., Pacoima.
