* 1/2 Sister Hazel, “Fortress,” Universal. No surprises here. The Florida quintet offers more forgettable mid-tempo rock on this follow-up to its platinum debut, “Somewhere More Familiar.” New songs such as “Champagne High” and “Change Your Mind” are heavy on soulful yearning but short on musical ideas. Ken Black’s vocals occasionally rise above the folk-rock tedium, but the band’s sound is trapped in a lightweight groove that is thin and unimaginative.
