Buxbaum Group Acquires National Tube & Steel

Buxbaum Group Inc. of Encino has acquired steel tubing manufacturer National Tube & Steel Inc. from National Business Group Inc. of Pacoima. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Buxbaum Group provides crisis management and other consulting services to banks with retail, manufacturing and wholesale distribution clients and provides inventory liquidation services.
