Clifford Electronics Bought By Del Mar Firm

Clifford Electronics of Chatsworth was purchased in a bankruptcy sale by Directed Electronics Inc. of Del Mar for $19 million.

Both companies manufacture alarm systems. Production will move to facilities in Del Mar.
