Sitestar in Talks to Sell Its E-Commerce Assets

Sitestar Corp. of Encino said that it is in talks with SBI Communications Inc. to sell its E-commerce assets to SBI for stock.
Sitestar said that the proposed deal is a part of its strategy of consolidating Internet service providers in the secondary and tertiary markets of the mid-Atlantic region.
Sitestar is a diversified Internet holding company with a presence in E-commerce, value-added content, ISP and Portal / Community.
