Lansco Properties Buys Sav-On Building in Oxnard

Sav-On Drug, a division of Albertson’s/American Stores of Boise, Idaho, has sold its company property in the Crossroad Shopping Center at 5th Street and Ventura Road in Oxnard.
Lansco Properties Inc. purchased the 25,000-square-foot building for an undisclosed amount. Sav-On has relocated to a smaller store within the shopping center.
Michael David & Co. Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction.
