The Irvine workplace consulting firm reported that net income fell 77% to $290,000, or 3 cents a share, for the second quarter, from $1.3 million, or 15 cents a share, a year ago. The net income for the recent period included $336,000 in nonrecurring charges stemming from the relocation of the company’s data center from the East Coast to the West Coast. Revenue decreased 3% to $16.2 million.
