Onyx Acceptance Corp.

The Foothill Ranch automobile finance company said second-quarter net income fell 33% to $1.6 million, or 25 cents a share, from $2.4 million, or 37 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue increased 7% to $24.3 million.
