The Old Towne Preservation Assn. of Orange will announce the 2000 Preservation Design Awards on Sunday during a luncheon from 2 to 5 p.m. at St. John’s Walker Hall. The annual event honors preservation achievements by residents and businesses in the Old Towne area. Attendees are encouraged to wear a hat to go along with the “Hats Off to Old Towne” theme. Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at Watson’s Drug Store, 116 E. Chapman Ave. Information: (714) 639-6840.
