Epicor Software Corp., an Irvine provider of electronic business software products, has agreed to use a Florida company’s online payroll product under a co-branding alliance.
Financial terms with Ultimate Software Group Inc. in Weston, Fla., were not disclosed.
Epicor will offer Ultimate Software’s Web-based payroll system under the Epicor brand, to be marketed as “Epicor EPeople, Powered by UltiPro,” the Florida company said in a press release Tuesday.
Ultimate Software provides online payroll and employee-management systems.
