Tenaciously Uncategorizable

While Jack Black’s musical duo Tenacious D may not easily fit into any existing genre (I have yet to find the Comedic Folk Rock section at my local Tower Records), it definitely is not rap (Quick Cuts, June 4).

It is far easier to define “the D” by simply taking them at their word as “The Greatest Band on Earth.”
