MRV Communications Moving Zuma to West Hills

MRV Communications, Chatsworth, has leased a 38,795 square foot headquarters for its Zuma Networks division in West Hills. The five-year lease is valued at $4.6 million for the new building on the former Hughes Aircraft site at 8383 Fallbrook Ave. The company plans a July move for the 180 Zuma employees.

Delphi Business Properties, Van Nuys, represented MRV. Trammell Crow Co. represented the property owner.

Zuma Networks has developed a network supercomputing switch/router for computer infrastructures.
