Learn the nuts and bolts of helicopters in a maintenance course offered this summer through Orange Coast College’s aviation technology department.

The class includes lessons on helicopter maintenance, rotor systems, powertrains and design construction. Students will get practical experience in dismantling, inspecting, assembling and trouble-shooting a variety of helicopters.

The four-unit class is offered in four- and six-week sessions that begin June 26.
