Prosecutor in Clinton Legal Case Is Named
The Arkansas disbarment case against President Clinton will be prosecuted by a 48-year-old former nun who earlier this year helped remove a Little Rock trial judge for misconduct. Marie B. Miller said the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Committee on Professional Conduct had hired her to argue for stripping Clinton of his law license for giving false answers in the Paula Corbin Jones sexual harassment case. Clinton has vowed to fight the disbarment proceedings and has asked for them to be delayed until he leaves office. “We anticipate having the case filed by the end of the month,” Miller said.
