Wrongly Convicted

Share

* With all the hoopla surrounding the many death penalty cases that are overturned, I’m surprised not to see any consideration for the possibility that there are thousands of wrongly convicted people serving prison terms for crimes that they didn’t commit.

If the problems that cause these unfair death sentences are as rampant as people make it seem, then there must be countless others who have received similar treatment at the hands of our justice system and are now fated to rot in prison while we spend our time vindicating those who were lucky enough to be sent to die.
