Three buildings at the recently opened Grande Vista Business Park in Thousand Oaks have been purchased for a total of $2 million, bringing occupancy of the site to about 90%.

Modeno Investments LLC, a private investment company, acquired two of the buildings totaling 14,000 square feet and has moved from Westlake Village. The third building, which has 7,042 square feet, was purchased by Marshall Design, an interior design and wholesale carpet/flooring company that serves the housing industry.

Marshall is expected to move its showroom and distribution facility from Westlake Village to the new site this month.
