Tangible Asset Galleries Inc., a Newport Beach rare coin and fine art dealer, said Thursday it agreed to acquire Gavelnet.com Inc., an Internet retailer and auctioneer of fine art, decorative art and premium collectibles. Financial terms were not disclosed. In January, Tangible Asset acquired Keystone Coin & Stamp Exchange in Allentown, Pa.
