The owners of a Burger King on Pacific Coast Highway, who plan to convert the fast-food restaurant to a Starbucks coffeehouse with a drive-through window, have been asked to give the Planning Commission an estimated daily average of drive-through transactions.

Along with an estimate of coffee customers who will use the window, the owners need to submit the daily average number of drive-through Burger King purchases to the commission at its meeting July 19.
